What Can You Do in Palos Hills?

I was strolling on the Internet and thinking, what can you do in Palos Hills?  Before you know it,  school will begin for the new school year. Then soon, the leaves will begin to show off their brilliant colors. Mother Nature does such a good job of painting in the Fall, with hues of yellow, red, orange, and brown. Toddlers will be tracing their hands and pasting them on a stark tree. Then they will be coloring them. Little hands make delightful oak trees.

I chuckled as I stopped to peek at one web site that mentioned how wonderful the library was in Palos Hills  http://chicagosuburbhome.com/uncategorized/green-hills-public-library-palos-hills   Take a look at my previous blog. Three cheers for Green Hills Public Library District.

I wonder if they will have Spanakopita or Keftedes

. That is, Greek Spinach Pie or savory Greek meatballs. Will they have moussaka? Moussaka is an eggplant or potato-based dish which is often combined with ground beef. Maybe before you fill up on meat dishes, you better have dessert first.  For example, Greek doughnuts topped with honey or Greek Baklava. Baklava is a beautiful pastry with light, flaky layers of crust and a sweet, filling, drenched in a light syrup.
